The RFT-YLA216 glazed tile roll forming machine is specifically designed for the production of color-coated glazed steel tile sheets. Featuring a compact structure, stable operation, and low noise levels, this equipment ensures high-quality output with excellent compressive and bending resistance. The finished glazed steel tiles exhibit an aesthetically pleasing appearance and are widely used in roofing applications for villas, residential buildings, industrial parks, exhibition halls, and other architectural structures.

Utilizing a cold roll-forming process, the machine operates at a production speed of 4–5 meters per minute. It supports flexible customization of dimensions to accommodate client requirements and is compatible with pre-painted galvanized iron (PPGI) sheets of varying thicknesses and widths. The resulting products boast a smooth surface and streamlined contours, effectively meeting both structural strength demands and decorative objectives.
